- Monthly automatic billing on the member's renewal date.
- No additional deposit for the included facial.
- Add-ons are charged separately.
- At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations.
- Late cancellations and no-shows count as the month's included facial.
- One unused facial may roll over to the following billing cycle and must be used by the end of that cycle.
- Memberships cannot be paused.
- Members may cancel future renewals without penalties. Access continues through the paid membership period.
- Mobile appointments are subject to service-area confirmation and applicable travel fees.
